Conexus are proudly partnered with a leading global consultancy to help recruit for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to help design and implement ServiceNow to top tier clients. As part of the Global ServiceNow Partner your role will focus on providing expert advice and lead the technical aspects of ServiceNow engagements.

- Managing the ServiceNow solution design for complex projects, ensuring best practice, quality and fit for purpose outcomes.
- Working with Program Leadership to oversee and lead multiple streams of technical design and delivery activity.
- Understanding complex technical challenges, define pragmatic solutions and communicate key messages to clients and other stakeholders.
- Understanding business context and how to translate functional and technical requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow solution.
- Providing expert insight into the ServiceNow platform, associated enterprise technologies and roadmap.
- Supporting business and practice development activities relating to our growing ServiceNow capability.
- Leading the development of innovative market solution offerings based on the ServiceNow platform.
- Defining and maintaining technical governance, principles, standards, and policies to support our European and Global delivery capability.
Experience Required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and varied environment.
- ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments.
- Completed end to end implementations of ServiceNow.
- Proven track of technology experience in an advisory or consultancy capacity.
- Understanding of ServiceNow development practices and proficient in all phases of the development lifecycle.
