Your role
Your role
- Consulting with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions within ServiceNow
- Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintaining technical governance, principles, standards and policies to support our delivery capability
- Advising on options, risks and impacts on business processes and technical architecture based on in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow products and out of the box capabilities
- Supporting business and practice development activities relating to our growing ServiceNow capability
- Suitable candidates should have the following experience:
- Leadership experience / experience managing junior team members
- Understanding of the Scrum (Agile) development process
- The following are desirable, but not mandatory:
- Certified ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certifications
- Certified in Prince2 or other Agile disciplines
- TOGAF 9 Foundation or higher certifications
- ServiceNow implementation experience
