Conexus have a unique opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join an exciting project on a 6-month freelance contract. Our client is offering a flexible hybrid work model, with 1-day per week onsite in London.

If you are successful, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions within a large-scale ServiceNow implementation project.

We are looking for the following experience & expertise:

• 4+ years ServiceNow experience
• Expertise in 1 or multiple of the following: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITBM, ITOM, SecOps
• Excellent stakeholder management
• High-level communications skills: Fluent in English
