We have a rare opportunity for an experienced SAP Delivery Lead/Architect to work at a true British icon. Our Client, an award winning Digital Transformation Consultancy, is partnering with one of Britain's most well known Retail brands on their Digital Transformation journey. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future performance of a beloved household name.
Role: Architecture & Delivery Lead
- Lead SAP Delivery projects for major corporate clients, focusing on Solution Design & Delivery.
- Implement business transformation programs using our Client's own methodology.
- Provide architectural clarity throughout the transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of Architecture & Solution work on major projects.
- Collaborate with clients and 3rd parties to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Manage workstream plans and effort, ensuring progress aligns with program goals.
- Act as a focal point for Solution Architecture & Delivery, maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies, initiating escalations as needed.
- Support team creation and retention, and contribute to organizational goals.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years in SAP delivery roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Solutions & Architecture, especially S/4HANA.
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams across various project models.
- Track record of managing SAP project lifecycles and S/4HANA implementations.
- Excellent relationship management skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience of the Retail industry would be advantageous
- Expertise in SAP SCM modules
Skills / Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP Activate and Solution Architecture.
- Project management certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP) preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
