Business Analyst - SAP CRM - Fully Remote
Locations: Will consider candidates in France, Germany, Ireland, Poland and Spain.
Join a dynamic team at a leading food and beverage manufacturer as a SAP CRM Business Analyst specialising in all things SAP CRM, with an International exposure. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to analyse, document, and implement SAP CRM best practices. Acting as the primary liaison between Group IT, local IT, and global business stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and aligning IT solutions to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate stakeholder needs, focusing on SAP CRM business processes.
- Develop and document SAP CRM solution concepts in collaboration with international, cross-functional teams, including creating business use cases, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Organise and support workshops to gather requirements.
- Support business development by bridging business requirements with implementation by Group IT, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and long-term application strategy.
- Maintain a global perspective, staying informed about best practices and technology trends in the industry.
Experience you'll bring to the team:
- Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Solution Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Service Cloud or C4C; knowledge of SAP CRM on prem.
- Familiarity with telesales, field sales, and key account processes in a B2B environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Familiarity with M365 and ServiceNow SPM.
- Proficiency in English required; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
