As a result, we are looking for experienced Backend Software Developers/Engineers who should have the following:
- 6+ years of relevant full-time experience
- Experience in writing and testing of own code
- Strong background in following best practices, in order to develop clean, quality code
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of programming and software architecture
- Strong skills with programming languages (preferably Java)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A strong interest in one of the following areas outside of coding (architecture, algorithms, optimization, automation, scalability)
