A big welcome to Sam Thomas who has joined Conexus this month as a Principal Consultant.
Sam has joined Conexus to help develop our offering within the Life Sciences and Chemicals industries and will be speaking to talent across Conexus’ specialisms of SAP, Cyber Security and Data & Analytics. With plenty of experience within the world of international recruitment, Sam is setting his sights on digital transformation businesses based across various territories, with a particular focus on Benelux, Nordics and the DACH region.
Sam’s recruitment career thus far was developed at Hamlyn Williams where he worked through 3 promotions and specialised in international recruitment, working with clients across the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and the Nordics.
As one of the founding team members of the Cardiff office, Sam is at home in the rapid and fast paced environment of recruitment start-ups and has worked with Connor Wall (Conexus MD) previously.
On his new appointment, Sam has said “Given my experience with international clients across different geographies around the world, coupled with Conexus’ global strategy, this role is the perfect opportunity that has come at the perfect time for me.

Sam’s initial project at Conexus will be business development and he is available now to speak to Life Sciences & Chemicals businesses who are working through digital transformation projects and require new talent that shapes the future of their business.
