Responsibilities of a Contract Team Lead:

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Lead The Charge From The Front: Demonstrate best practice to your team and what "good" really looks like
  • Sell Conexus & Our World-Class Services: Recruitment is a role that is all about building rapport, credibility and trust whilst selling our products & services and building new relationships
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Understand and meet clients' recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Guide the process from role qualification to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and LinkedIn, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Thorough Candidate Assessments: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure the right match.
  • Lead Generation: Contribute to the growth of Conexus by generating valuable leads.
